Speed Foods

One of my biggest struggles when trying to stick to plan is trying to ensure that I include 1/3 of speed foods on my plate at meal times whether its at breakfast, lunch or dinner time. Speed foods are suppose to help speed up the weight loss process and come in the forms of fruit and vegtables. Now fruit I am fine with, I could eat that all day and every day but unfortunately Im not the biggest vegtable lover so trying to incorporate salads and vegtables into the meal or onto the plate has been a bit difficult in the past but this time around I am trying to be a bit more open to trying new foods, to stop being so bloody fussy. I mean before slimming world I would have never had fried tomatoes or mangetout on my plate, it would have just been an omlette with nothing else.
