Hawaiian Pizza pasta bake

You either love it or hate it, the Hawaiian pizza. There is much controversy over whether or not pineapple belongs on top of a pizza and it has divided the opinions of many. Now I am pro pineapple on pizza.. I just love pineapple so much so imagine my delight when I came across this Hawaiian pizza pasta bake recipe on the Two chubby cubs website this morning… I just had to give it a go this evening so that was dinner sorted.

Now I did kind of adapt the recipe a little bit for my own liking and what ingredients I had (you can find the original recipe via the link above)

What to do and how?

After thoughts:

I cannot explain how amazing this dish actually is, it really does remind me of the taste of a Hawaiian pizza. The ingredients all work so well together, the dish is bursting with flavour. This is definitely one of my most favourite recipes to date thanks to Two Chubby Cubs. They have come up with such a simple yet creative dish that works so bloody well..even better when you use the mozzarella and cheddar as part of your Healthy Extra A allowance it works out syn free.
